Educational Philosophy –
I believe that all decisions in the school should be made in the best interest of students and should be based on valid, reliable and current information. I believe each person is unique, possessing diverse abilities and talents. The pursuit of excellence requires substantial effort and investment. I believe that all stake holders in the school need a safe, secure, and supportive environment in order to be productive, creative and successful. High expectations and hard work, guided by a positive vision, are essential to achieve success. I believe all things are possible to those who are willing to work.

Educational Philosophy –
I believe that education is something that you are always a part of, it is never truly over, you are hopefully always learning. To get young people started on this path in the right direction is very important, trying to meet the student’s needs at their own unique point, given the environment they have come from. I just want to be a part of this process as long as I am able, the kids are like a shot of B-12 for me.

Ashley Montague, once said,” The trick is to die young as old as possible”. Allison’s translation, you can be the biggest cynic in the world at twenty-five or have the biggest heart at ninety five !!
